How to unscrew top ball of belly button ring that's too tight?

The top ball of my belly button ring is on very tight and I can't seem to unscrew it. Any suggestions?

OH ME TOO! I haven't taken it out yet because it's still healing but I've talked to people about it and my friend told me to put on some rubber gloves and hold in it place so you don't rip it (eeek) and with the gloves just gently but sternly try to unscrew it. I've never tried it but a lot of people have said that works for them, good luck!

When you get it pierced they make it tight so you don't lose the ball (that is if you didn't just make it tight yourself lol) so if you can't get it off, go back to the piercer and they can get it off for you.
