How can I find the implementing part of the Code of federal regulations (CFR) for a US Code section?

Erik B - 2008-01-04 14:34:20 - Law Ethics

They don't line up number for number. I am looking for the implementation of Title 10, USC, Section 12302, involuntary deployment of reserve soldiers.

Best Answer:

Code of Federal Regulations can be found here: http://www.gpoaccess.gov/cfr/index.html If you're looking for the US Code (USC) that is different. It can be found here: http://www.gpoaccess.gov/uscode/index.html You would have to do a search in the annotations of the US Code to see where it lines up with the CFR (if it does at all, it doesn't have to). However, Title 32 of the CFR deals with "National Defense" so you may find it in there.
