What is the easiest form of banking to get into that pays the best?

I have a bachelors degree in elementary education. Without going into much more detail than that I will only say that it simply was not what I expected it to be and I am seeking other avenues of employment. I am going to graduate school this fall seeking an MBA. Here is my question: Is it possible to move into banking and investment banking once I graduate what a masters? If so how hard is it and what can I do now to make me more marketable to the investment banking world? I am excellent with people and have an ability to make everyone click with me very well, but I know that does not necessarily mean that I am going to be successful. Any information you can provide would be wonderful. Thanks!
